I never mentioned race, I mentioned nationality. Which is a

big deal in sports, to many fans. Few Americans cared about cycling, or knew much about it, before Lance Armstrong came on the scene. Are you telling me that you honestly believe that his nationality does not matter to US cycling fans?

Or further, that his nationality is completely irrelevant to his American defenders?
