But then it would disqualify teams like BYU (with the exception of 2013 which looks like a good schedule). No matter who BYU schedules in coming years, they are almost always going to play at least 5-6 teams from non-AQ conferences. If Alabama plays 8 SEC teams and 1 other AQ team, are you really going to punish them for playing 3 cupcakes?
