His childhood home has been left vacant and trashed. I really don't know the details but he has kept a video log of the condition the house was left in - including the notices from the city. Now I believe he has begun the process of basic improvements to show he is the more responsible party.
I know the neighbors are in favor of him doing this.
I am not sure I like the idea -especially for the majority of properties -- but if he is going to save a property from going into the dumps then more power too him.
