We have lived in sumner, Lake Tapps area for about 20 yrs. Positives, lots of green, june July and August very lovely. Lots of Lakes Rivers trails etc. But rest of yr Rain. mist, moss, rain, wet. We moved 2 weeks ago as we got tired of rain. We lived on lake tapps and went water skiing a lot ; including Xmas brrr. Even taught a BYU quater-back to bare foot from my boat. Getting to old for that now
