20% fat hamburger, a little worcestershire sauce, an egg,
chopped red onion, some parsley flakes. scramble the egg in a bowl, add the other non-hamburger ingredients, stir it all up, then add the burger and mix well with your hands. Then when on the grill, but a little garlic salt and pepper for seasoning. Most important: DO NOT OVERCOOK THE BURGERS!!! Medium rare to medium well is perfect.
