I don't know, but I would guess it would depend on the situation. That is pure speculation on my part.

You can coach at BYU and not be LDS, and in rare circumstances you can be a non LDS HC like the old mens vball coach. But in most cases to be a Head Coach odds are you have to be LDS and in good standing.
