was a BAD year for Doman. IF Doman can't lead in that space as an OC, then I don't see him as a HC. Lance, is more than ready as a HC, but will he want that now as two more boys are left. After his boys are gone, why would Lance stick around coaching? Lance would be my choice as he brings a calming effect to the team and is a man of reason. Great guy as well and really liked by everyone.
