You are referencing Jerry's statement to the victims mother in which he stated, "I wish I was dead." Correct? Also this nbtire episode was investigated by state agencies and law enforcement and JS was cleared of any crime.

Point 5: What did Joe Paterno have to come clean about? And please provide some evidence that Joe Pa or any other Penn State official (Schultz, Curley, Spanier) were aware of this incident?
