I think you could argue that there are just as many liberal
undertones. Daggert as an example of corporate greed and power struggle. Bruce Wayne's conversation with Miranda Tate about the charity ball being a farce for social peacocking and put on with the pretended proceeds. Their ham-fisted pleas for the wealthy to continually reinvest in society in some form. The stock guy wanting the police to barge in to protect the money regardless of the human life loss.
I do think he consciously presents both sides of the political spectrum without marking one as a clear winner which is at least refreshing.
