Utah was ahead on Rivals in 2010. I'm not sure "clearly dominated" is the proper term. Your argument might hold some water in 2012, when Utah had 28 commits and BYU had 15. Utah was way ahead on both sites in 2012 (28/61 on rivals, 32/60 on scout) and was significantly ahead in average star ranking (3.04/2.87 on rivals, 2.75/2.67 on scout). However, in 2011 Utah had 21 commits and BYU had 19, so not exactly a huge difference, and Utah still won BIG on both sites (37/62 on rivals, 40/66 on scout) and in average star ranking (2.95/2.58 on rivals, 2.90/2.53 on scout).
