Do I think they overinflate every recruit to go to Utah? Of course not, but it is not random chance that BYU historically looks a lot better on Scout than they do on Rivals while the opposite is true for Utah. It makes financial sense as well, if you are Rivals and you make Utah look better you have a much better chance of getting subscriptions.
