Expansion, improvements etc need support and a rabid fan base (in number, donations AND dedication). Is BYU not expanding because of color coordination? Absolutely not. Are a lot of fans' grumbling and griping and general stinginess conducive to ever having the kind of support needed to ever get expansion or improvements should that day come? Not at all.
