Anyone seen "The Campaign"?
A guy in my office went and watched it this afternoon. He's a huge anti-Obama guy, so maybe he was watching it through biased goggles, but he said that it is practically a political ad for Romney. I might be a little wrong on some of the details, but here is what I got out of his raving about it (2nd hand spoilers follow):

- The "evil plot" in the movie is insourcing and Obama just recently said he wants to be the pioneer of insourcing.
- The Republican candidate is the honest one who ends up winning because of his integrity
- The Republican candidate is so squeaky clean that the Democrat has to make up all kinds of false accusations about him in his ads
- Apparently, the Democrat eventually feels guilty for all of his dishonesty and plots for insourcing and steps down from office so the honest Republican can go to Washington and clean things up.

I don't usually like Will Ferrell movies so I had no plans to see this, but I'm kind of curious now. Can anyone who has watched it confirm or is my colleague just looking for anything to support his worldview?
