I'm not a lawyer, nor do I have much first hand knowledge of the legal system. But just so I have an idea, what happens on a typical bite case? What happens to the dog, and the owner of the dog? Does it make a difference where the incident occurs, like 1) On the owners property 2) On a neutral site like the sidewalk or a park or 3) the victim's property?
