eh, I think she is lying
in an effort to save face in trying to explain how caffeinated sodas haven't been served on campus when the Church does not ban it. She would have been much better off saying, "in light of the recent clarification on caffeine by the Church, Brigham Young University will be looking at the decades old policy of not selling caffeinated beverages on campus. I am unaware of the reasoning behind that policy, but we will evaluate it and work with BYU Dining Services in providing the products our students want."
