She would have been much better off saying, "in light of the recent clarification on caffeine by the Church, Brigham Young University will be looking at the decades old policy of not selling caffeinated beverages on campus. I am unaware of the reasoning behind that policy, but we will evaluate it and work with BYU Dining Services in providing the products our students want."
