You tell me what it communicates
I see two nice teenaged girls standing with an Apostle. You are implying that she is dressing like a woman with low moral standards. Should we infer that President Uchtdorf is associating himself with women of loose morals?
Truth of the matter is if that is the first thing you are thinking of when you see 17-18 year old girls you may be 'oversexed' yourself. I'm assuming from your other posts that you are a bit older than me, but at 36, I stopped looking at 17-18 year old girls in any sort of sexual way about 12 years ago. This occurred about the same time I got married and around when I'd go to jail anyway. Point being, why are you thinking that way about young women?
Furthermore, what do you think when a person arrives to church in street clothes and smelling of smoke? You are probably one of those people who avoids that person, when President Monson might see someone working their way down a path to repentance.
Anyway, it is pretty evident that you have a feeble mind that is only capable of a strict interpretation of the rules without an understanding of what the rules are for. Reminds me of another group of ancient day zealots.
