Hey everyone. I just got back from my first high school football game while attending BYU. It was a trip to see Timpview play tonight, specifically to watch the son of a member of our bishopric. His name is Dax Raymond and he was flat out amazing. Great body control on deep balls plus an incredible intensity when it came to blocking. He switched to WR after breaking his collar bone as a QB last year. At the very least, he could be a really good TE.
Talking to his parents though, BYU just isn't showing much interest in him as a local guy. He's gone to camps and everything, and sent in the paperwork with highlights. Am I missing something when watching this kid play? He's 6'5'' and 210 lbs too. A really big kid for high school.
