You laugh, but the best thing for BYU would be if someone did report it now
If this happens, and it is the violation it appear to me to be, then it will be worse later when everyone shows up in those t-shirts, than if it is nipped in the bud now.

If it is reported one of two things is going to happen.

1. The NCAA says it is not a violation, and the project can proceed with no issues. I was wrong. And it is a good recruiting thing for BYU.

2. The NCAA says it is a violation, and it can be nipped in the bud before it becomes a bigger deal with bigger consequences.

Either way, clearing it with the NCAA would be the best route imo.
