[Games in brackets are guesses] I've placed TBA games based on:

• I've added Utah State based on a continuing 2-for-1 deal starting in 2016, but they have been complaining about their current situation.
  Utah State didn't seem to mind getting bought out of a return game from San Diego Sate (played there in 2010, cancled the 2012 return game) or getting a buyout from Utah (played in Logan in 2012, kept SLC games for 2013 and 2015, but accepted a buyout for the other Logan game), but for some reason, they're talking like playing BYU 2 for 1 is too much for them to swallow.
• Notre Dame originally signed a deal to play 6 games in 9 years (between 2012 and 2020). There was to be 4 in South Bend and 2 in Provo. BYU is played the 2012 and is scheduled for 2013, but in 2012 Tom Holmoe said "We might take a big break until we play them again." In Janurary of 2013, Tom Homloe said that based on his conversations with Notre Dame, the series will contine. As a *guess* I've added these four games between 2016 and 2019.
• Hawaii is now off the schedule for now. So is Utah (other than the one 2013/16 series).
