Running back stats

Utah and BYU truly have some terrific running backs right now. In conference, Unga and Wide are #1 and #2. Here are their numbers:

#1 Eddie Wide:
4 games, 117.0 yards per game. 6.2 yards per carry. 5 touchdowns.

#2 Harvey Unga
4 games, 116.5 yards per game. 5.2 yards per carry. 7 touchdowns.

To put this in perspective...the #3 running back in the conference is averaging almost 40 yards less per game than these two.
