Get ready for an incredible episode of Beyond the Game as host Mike Lacey sits down with former BYU Football legend and Philadelphia Eagles Tight End, Chad Lewis. Despite starting as a walk-on at BYU, Chad's determination and skill led him to an impressive collegiate career, amassing 111 receptions for 1,376 yards and ten touchdowns. Chad's NFL journey began as an undrafted free agent with the Philadelphia Eagles in 1997. After a brief stint with the St. Louis Rams, he returned to the Eagles, where he made a significant impact. Unfortunately, during the catch, he suffered a severe foot injury that prevented him from playing in the Super Bowl. Throughout this episode, Mike and Chad delve into the highs and lows of Chad's remarkable career, from his humble beginnings as a walk-on at BYU to his rise to stardom in the NFL. They also explore the profound impact of Chad's LDS mission to Taiwan, which completely transformed his life and shaped his approach to football and beyond.
