BYU Football Countdown: Player No. 98

14 weeks now separate us from the kickoff to the 2019 BYU Football season.
14 weeks is what now separates us from the Holy War. That is how long a regular football season is, essentially meaning that we have to wait as long for football to come now as we will actually enjoying it. On the bright side, that means starting tomorrow we will have more to look forward to than what is remaining.
As we hit the 98 days away mark, we bring Cougar fans everywhere the 98th best football player to ever play for BYU. Out of the last five that we have featured, only one has been a player in the last decade and today we break that trend.
A quick recap to the rules, players are judged against each other on three categories: Impact, statistics and memorable moments. They each receive a grade for each of the categories against other players on the list. This means that some players will feature D’s and C’s even though they are great players, but since they are bad when compared to the other 99 players they get that grade. Today’s player focuses primarily on memorable moments.
