BYU forward Yoeli Childs scored 21 points to lead BYU to a 71-62 exhibition victory over Stella Azzura Academy Thursday in Arena Arturo Feilici.

With the win, the Cougars improved to 3-0 on its Italy tour.

BYU enjoyed balanced scoring as guards Jake Toolson (13), TJ Haws (12) and Connor Harding (11) contributed. Childs grabbed a team-high seven rebounds and had a pair of steals while Toolson recorded five assists and Haws registered three steals.

The Cougars fell behind 16-10 in the first quarter before outscoring Azzura 28-14 to take a 38-30 advantage. BYU outscored Azzura 22-15 in the third quarter.

The Cougars will play its final game in Italy Friday (11 a.m. MT) against LCC International, the same team BYU beat Tuesday, 87-46.
