SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Former BYU and current Cleveland Browns linebacker Sione Takitaki encouraged fans to get ready for the AFC Divisional Round by getting some “Takis” game day chips.
Takitaki and the Browns are scheduled to play the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, January 17.
“Make sure to get your game day chips for tomorrow,” Takitaki tweeted while tagging the chip brand that resembles his last name.
As someone who called for a Takitaki X Takis endorsement before he was selected in the 2019 NFL Draft, I’m happy to see the partnership between the former BYU star and the chip company come to fruition.
So happy to see this finally happened. đ#LocalsInTheNFL #YACPodcast #Browns #CLEvsKC #BYU #GoCougs #BYUFOOTBALL @kslsports https://t.co/3pNNKliWLs

According to the chip manufacturer’s website, Takis rolled tortilla chips are “no ordinary corn chips” but “for the strong. The brave. The daring.”
Itâs always âsponsor me Takisâ and never âI love you just for being deliciousâ

Last week in the AFC Wild Card, Takitaki caught a game-sealing interception as the Browns defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers.
