Elijah Bryant Scores 16 Points For Milwaukee Bucks in NBA Debut

NBA: Milwaukee Bucks at Chicago Bulls Kamil Krzaczynski-USA TODAY Sports

Days after being signed by the Milwaukee Bucks, former BYU guard Elijah Bryant made his NBA debut on the final day of the NBA regular season. Bryant came off the bench and scored 16 points on 6-13 shooting and added 6 rebounds and 3 assists in 32 minutes.

Bryant started his debut in style, knocking down a three on his first shot attempt.

Bryant is the only BYU player to play in the NBA this season and first since Erik Mika briefly played for the Sacramento Kings last season. Bryant may not play much — if at all — for the Bucks during the playoffs, but he is at least on the roster for one of the handful of title contenders. The Bucks will be the 3 seed and matchup up with the Miami Heat info the first round of the playoffs.

Congrats to Elijah on his NBA debut and good luck to him in the playoffs! You can watch highlights from his night below.
