Personal space

It is with mixed feelings that I must announce that it has come time for me and CougarBoard to part ways. I want to thank everyone here for making my time on CB an enriching experience. Thank you for challenging me to think about my own opinions, whether they be about sports, politics, religion, or my own personal experiences. Thank you for giving me advice on topics that range from changing my brake pads to making important career decisions. Thank you for your movie, TV, music and book recommendations and reviews. Thank you for your love and support as I have shared things that were probably too personal to be sharing with hundreds of strangers on the internet.

I consider many of you friends, and for those that I do not know as well, I wish we could have been friends. I know I have butted heads with some of you. If I offended any one of you (and I know I have) I apologize. I hope you will forgive me.

I will be a BYU fan until the day I die. While I understand that some of you think the future is tenuous for BYU football, I think the future is bright. BYU Athletics is in good hands, and I truly believe that the administration is fully invested in the vitality and longevity of the program.
