In the recent past, I can think of one targeted player that Rose recruited heavily that didn't come to BYU: Jabari Parker. There were some in-state guys that Rose realized early weren't coming to BYU like Loveridge and Wilcox. But every other guy Rose has set his sights on early seems to have come: Harrison, Fredette, Emery, Mika, HawsX2, CollinsworthX2, Davies, Hartsock, etc. I don't see too many misses on his resume.
