NEW FEATURE: Thumbs up, thumbs down, and more!

You can now give a post a thumbs up or thumbs down. You'll be able to see the total number of thumbs up and down for each post in the message list, and also next to the subject when displaying a specific message.

I've also made a couple other minor enhancements. For followed, favorites, and POTD, you will now be able to easily tell if you've already done that for the current message because the button will show as being depressed.
