Thanks for the good examples
The point I was trying to make is that achieving 30-60 minutes daily of aerobic exercise is difficult if it requires gathering a team to do it. This is simply because coordinating the busy schedules of multiple adults with real responsibilities is nearly impossible. Tennis and racquetball are excellent examples of aerobic activities that can be played late into life and only require one other player.

As an aside, my back and forth with Spugeddy was mostly in relation to his claim that running is "egocentric" and requires more time and money than other sports as well as his implied argument that team sports aren't egocentric because of the "team" aspect. I don't think any of your examples above require any less time, money, or egocentrism than running (in fact, I don't think any sports require less of those things than running).

I'll admit I'm quite jaded due to my line of work so when people are criticized for exercising, it irks me a bit. I think anyone who has found a way to exercise daily should be commended.
