Classiest player ever. I watched this when it happened. He went over to

George Sisler's daughter (of the Saint Louis Brown's) whose record he broke, and gave her a little bow. It was an 84 year old record. Pretty awesome that his daughter was still living, and able to attend the game, and even cooler that Ichiro went over and paid his respects.

What is not mentioned is that when he was in STL for the All-Star game a few years ago, he went to Sisler's grave and spent a few minutes giving his respects to the man whose record he broke.

Classiest guy in sports. Easily.
