After asking the GMC dealer about TrueCar, he said that the Costco program is much better. He also mentions that in December and the first part of January, Costco runs a promotion where if you use their program to buy a car you also get a $500 gift card to Costco. He was saying how perplexed he was that Costco didn't advertise that more than they do.
