Does Costco say "price the vehicles x% above your purchase price," "price the vehicles at $xx,xxx.00," etc. Or can you not say due to a non-disclosure or something? I'm just wondering how the prices are determined - does costco set the prices or do dealers submit the price to the dealers that the dealers must charge. And do all dealers in the same geographic area have the same Costco price?
