mobile app?

I'd like to get into some mid-to-short-term investing to go along with my company's long-term retirement program, but I've always stayed away because of the fees involved. Robinhood seems like an interesting solution (I know there is a waiting list), but I don't have a current iPhone, nor do I really even want that stuff on a mobile platform. I'd prefer a web-based account rather than being stuck in the iOS ecosystem that I'm trying to part from!
