the evidence was just very circumstantial. I mean he obviously did it or orchestrated it and I am happy he will spend the rest of his life in prison, but I didn't think the evidence presented to the jury would result in a first degree murder conviction. I was thinking he would go down on gun charges and maybe second degree murder.
