My aha moment from last night:
The Warriors are the most talented team I have seen in the league in a long time. Would they have beaten a very good Spurs team from a year ago? Hard to say, but I can guarantee you that if POP was coaching this team vs the Spurs of last year the Warriors would win (nothing against Kerr, Pop is just the best). The overall talent level is higher for the Warriors. This is a deep team that should win the NBA title this year. If not then it will either be a choke job or bad coaching.

Steph Curry is the best shooter of all-time. I'm not sure how anyone would/can argue the point. His statistics back it up. He also has one of the 5 best handles of all-time in my opinion. Steph is also a solid defender.

Klay Thompson is a tremendous two-way player who also shot 44% from the three point line. The guy is a 6'7" 2-guard with the quickness to guard other teams best guards. Outside of perhaps Kyle Korver, Thompson may be the next best shooter in the league (I would put him in the top 5 for sure).

Harrison Barnes: A former #1 overall recruit who is 6'8" with very good athleticism. Barnes shot 41% from three on the year and is a solid defender with his length and athleticism. He is a very efficient scorer with a 55% true shooting percentage.

Draymond Green: All he does is average 12, 8 and 4 with 1.3 steals and 1.6 blocks per game. He can shoot it from outside to stretch the floor or score on the inside as well. He is a very underrated defender as he finished with a defensive ranking of 97, which is very good.

Andrew Bogut: Missed a few games and doesn't play huge minutes when he does play. That being said he is an elite defender at the 5 position. Bogut doesn't score a lot for this team but score efficiently and is willing to do the dirty work on the offensive and defensive glass. His length and ability on defense allow the Warriors to compete with teams like the Grizzlies that will punch you in the mouth down low.

The Bench:
Andre Iguodala is seen by many around the league as the best perimeter defender in the world (I would put Tony Allen #1, but Iggy can play defense). He is an extremely solid passer from the wing position and is efficient scoring the basketball (although he could improve his ft and outside shooting).

Shaun Livingston: He is a 6'7" pg who is now a veteran in this league. He runs the team well in Curry's absence with a 2.5/1 assist to turnover ratio. With his size he can post up smaller players and score over the top (see last night against Jason Terry). As with pretty much everyone on the team he is an efficient scorer and solid defender.

David Lee: How many teams in the league boast a former 20 ppg scorer who is still in the prime of his career at 31 and barely plays? Not very many, but that is exactly what the Warriors have in Lee. Surprising to me, Lee was better defensively this year than he was offensively.

Leandro Barbosa: Barbosa is only 32 (I thought he was older) but brings a wealth of experience as a former 18 ppg scorer on a good Phoenix team. Leandro is a solid shooter (38% from 3) and a pesky defender. A solid man to have as your 10th man.

Marreese Speights: Speights who has missed the last 4 games due to injury averages 10 ppg (highest off of the bench) and 4 rpg. At 6'10", 245 lbs he is a bruiser and actually a big that can make free throws (84%).
