its own Band of Brothers, using its combination of talents, resources and love to help you and your family through this most difficult time. Every one of us have mourned with you. None of us would want to experience what you have suffered; yet, we all have experienced or will experience circumstances that will challenge us to the very core. From all I can see, you are doing everything right. And, speaking for my brother who lost a son the same age as Austin in a similar kind of accident 22 years ago, I can assure you that you will get through this. You will never forget, but it will not hurt as much to remember. Your family reunion on the other side will be wonderful, and all the pain you and your family are experiencing now will be forgotten. It is a difficult thing to consider that "all these things shall give [us] experience, and shall be for [our] good." (D&C 122:7.) You will never be the same. Frankly, because you have been so open with CB through this, I don't believe many of us will be the same, either. We have grieved with you. It is gratifying that you can feel some of that.

Stay strong, my friend. Somehow, some way, this too will pass, and you will be able to continue giving 100% of your best efforts to bless your family. Getting out to a dance recital was very big. You are a much, much bigger man than most of us.

As for the obituary, it was wonderful. I recently just wrote my first obituary (a few weeks ago) for my mother. It was very difficult. But, there was no way my dad could have handled that. You obviously have a great father. I know your brother. He's also a very good man. It is good to know you are surrounded by such strong family and so many who want to ease your burden. The fact that CB can add to that is a blessed bonus.
