concern had not been resonably resolved and I was dissapointed with a policy that allows them to ship an item whenever they want and still call it 2 day shipping as long as it arrives within two days of this shipping date (not two business days from the order date).

They gave me a month free of Amazon Prime as well as a $20.00 refund.

I'm pretty happy.
