Successful leaders hire good people and let them go. Delegation is a key element of leadership but you have to hire good people and develop them.

One of my greatest concerns about Bronoco is some of his hiring decisions and the fact that not many of his coaches have developed beyond their current station. That being said, I like some of his most recent hires.
