I am looking to buy a Surface Pro 3 with 128GB, 4GB RAM and i5 processor.

I will use it primarily for Church stuff; meetings, notes, etc...

Any concerns with your SP3 experience for my needs? Do I have to use Office 365? Can I just use regular MS Office? It has Win10 OS

Any recommendations or thoughts?
