Fitness Tracker W/HR - Beneficial or Not?
I am thinking about possibly getting the Fitbit Charge HR.

Fro my workouts, I use stationary bike mostly for cardio and I also use a treadmill and I lift a lot.

I think the heart rate component is the most useful for me to make sure my HR is as an appropriate level etc.

With cycling, the steps etc will not accurately record.

Thoughts? Any recommendations for a different tracker?
