1) 25% surcharge on concessions for anyone wearing a shirt or jacket of a different color that the designated color for the game.
2) 50% surcharge for wearing opposing teams colors, unless ticket evidence is provided proving that you are in fact seated in the opposing teams section. Visiting guests from the opposing team are provided a free caffeine free diet coke, a bag of chips, and a hearty "thanks for coming to BYU".
3) 75% surcharge to anyone wearing red.
4) Fans wearing Ute gear to any game other than a Utah game when held in LES are not allowed to use the restrooms with flush toilets. 3 gender neutral Honey Bucket porta-potties will be provided on the bottom level of the north west endzone.
