Kalanis leash.
Our current coaching staff is fresh and I am very excited for them. In saying that, I also think this year will be tougher than expected.
Bronco was a lot of things and he wasn't a lot of things as well. One thing he was was a seasoned football coach with experience and a set system. I hope we can appreciate Broncos experience and Kalanis higher ceiling this year.
This year may have had a better outcome with Bronco as HC than what Kalani and staff can do this year but I believe we have made a good decision for the program due to his strengths and what I believe is a higher ceiling.
Let's give Kalani a break and appreciate him for his strengths and weaknesses and appreciate Bronco for his strengths and weaknesses.
