Backstory:

I went out to eat with a group of friends. My friends were adamant about me meeting this girl that they had invited. I reluctantly agreed. So, while we're sitting at dinner I was checking my Fanduel lineup. She was curious about my lineup and asked if she could see my phone. I, of course, obliged and handed her my phone. It was pretty cold in the restaurant so she was really shaky.

About 3 seconds after handing her the phone, she was shaking so bad that she dropped it. Well, it shattered the screen. I joked and said "Wow, you must be colder than I thought". She didn't take it very well...I was pretty surprised. She stormed off in tears murmuring something about taking her son to the park...huh?

Anyway, should I ask her to pay for my phone repair? I'm traveling right now and need it fixed asap. TIA.
