Real estate help needed. We are trying to sell our home but we aren't getting
any offers. Our neighbors have sold their homes for over a million dollars but we can't even get s bite on our house after dropping it to about ~300K.
We're trying everything we know to sell it. We even had a professional interior designer make it modern and stand out.
