Yesterday my date brought up the point that she didn't like that the company was so young and thought the company would be benefited to have older people working their. The only advantage of that I could think of there was more work experience.
She also mentioned that it'd be nice to see more women in management as it would benefit the company.
Anyway, it got me thinking, does a more diverse workforce provide advantages?
Does a diverse workforce provide enough advantages to be considered in hiring decisions just like qualifications.
