The reason Steve Young and his story are amazing is that very few have
accomplished what he did. The likelihood of meeting or exceeding what he did is astronomical.
What I would recommend is recognizing the pattern behind his success. Look at the principles. Then teach those principles to your children, and help them apply those principles to whatever they love to do.
I would also recommend reading the book "The Talent Code." I was able to see many of the principles explained in that book implemented in Steve Young's life.
