just look at Arik Armstead taken by 49ers in first round 2015
As a DT, he had something like 1.5 sacks at Oregon. He was a first rounder because of measurables.
Also, this is another lesson for those who think going to a P5 school for exposure is everything. The NFL will find you if you can help them. If you didn't go to a P5 school or weren't that productive in college or didn't have a position, the word will still get to scouts based on your athleticism. I hope it all finally comes together for Harvey.
