It's a good read. Aside from having significantly better than average athletic ability, a college caliber athlete has to be very motivated. A lot of kids have ability without desire. Devin talks about the kind of desire you have to have to be a successful athlete. Professional athletes have so much desire/ambition that they're actually abnormal--I'm serious.
