they might draw some players, but kids that sign will be ineligible for NCAA
and it probably ties them up to this league being the NFL agent. One question is where is the revenue stream coming from? $50k is a lot to pay an 17-18 year old kid. Unless they have a TV deal and some pretty good sponsorship, it could be in question.
Another question is how well can a kid live in SoCal on 50K/year? If somebody ran the numbers wouldn't there actually be more money in going to a P5 school. They get unlimited food, rent, tutors, books, tuition, stipends, specialized health and fitness care....all in all a pretty good gig if you can get it
