Their job is to find talented players, especially those that are under the radar that they might pick up late in the draft or in FA. If scouts or GMs were letting the fact that Bronco didn't "schmooze and court" them affect their ratings of players, then they were poor at their jobs. The level of competition in the NFL is such that I have a hard time believing this. They do everything that they can to find talent.
